To recognize scientific excellence and encourage international participation, the PREDIMED Omics Symposium 2026 & 6th International Congress on Olive Oils will grant 10 Best Abstract Awards to outstanding research contributions submitted to the symposium.
Researchers are invited to submit original research abstracts related to the conference themes:
Olive Oils: chemistry, quality assessment, health benefits, production technologies, sustainability, and market trends.
Omics: genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, lipidomics, bioinformatics, and integrative systems biology approaches.
Submission deadline: April 30
All abstracts will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee, based on scientific quality, originality, clarity, and relevance to the symposium themes.
All accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference’s Book of Abstracts.
The five highest-ranked abstracts in each topic (Olive Oil and Omics) will be selected for Flash Oral Communications (3-minute PowerPoint presentation + 1-minute discussion) and will be presented during the Flash Communication sessions scheduled in the program.
A total of 10 awards will be granted:
Awardees will be announced during the Conference Closing Ceremony and will receive a Certificate of Excellence and a monetary prize.
The rest of authors must prepare a printed version to show during the poster sessions following the specifications:
